Building GPR

In a month, 30,000 articles appear in the GPR newspapers. Of these, 420 match the dictionary, 180 of them in the "acts" categories. The 1985–2019 average share is 1.05% for the total index and 0.315% for acts (hypothetical). Compute GPR and GPRA for the month. Why might a month with high GPRT and low GPRA be more damaging for markets than the reverse?
