Weekly Practice Plans

These 20 weekly plans tell you exactly what to practice each day between sessions. Each week corresponds to one session. Follow the daily structure from Daily Practice Guide — warm-up (5 min), technique (10 min), new material (10 min), repertoire (10 min), free play (5 min) — and fill it with the specific items below.

Week 1 — After Session 1: Meet Your Keyboard
